Orders and Delivery

X-Net® is available worldwide, exclusively to government agencies such as police forces, military units, and other official security organizations. For inquiries or orders, please contact us via the form on our website or email intel@vearco.com. For safety, event or infra applications it’s also possible depending on the application and field of usage.

Delivery time depends on stock availability and specific system configuration. Small orders form stock (< 8 pcs. per type) have a 2-3 weeks lead time. Larger quantities require a longer lead time. You will be informed of the expected lead time during the ordering process.

Fill in the contact form on our website or send an RFQ email to intel@vearco.com. Both ways need to be specified with the type of X-Net® (3T and/or 10T), desired quantity, field of application and company/organization credentials.

To purchase X-Net® we need a Purchase Order (PO) by email and company/organization credentials.

In certain cases, demo’s and live demonstrations can be arranged for qualified agencies. Please contact us to let us know your needs.

Usage and Operation

Training is not required, however X-Net® is not a self-explaining system. Therefore it’s recommended to receive training from the manufacturer, local distributor or by X-Net® experienced co-workers within specific LEAF units. VEARCO offers comprehensive, hands-on training for operators. This includes deployment techniques to ensure safe and effective use under real-world conditions.

Yes, X-Net® can be re-used time after time, provided no vehicle was arrested with the net. Once a vehicle has impacted the net, the kinetic energy has been fully absorbed into the net making it unsuitable for a second deployment.

On average, a trained duo can retrieve and repack the system within 3–5 minutes back in to the carrying bag. If X-Net® was used to stop a vehicle, the net will in most cases not be repacked because the vehicle will be moved to a facility for investigation/quarantine.

Yes, X-Net® is a quick and portable solution, designed to bring vehicles to a controlled stop, minimizing permanent or serious injuries to personnel and damage to the vehicle. Provided operators and by-standers do not stand or walk on the net as the spikes may cause excessive risk or damage.

X-Net® is suitable for both road and off-road.

Yes, if the weight and speed of the vehicle does not exceed the limits of the X-Net® variants the vehicle comes to a stop within a distance similar to an emergency stop. The stopping distance depends on factors such as vehicle type, speed, weight and road surface conditions.

X-Net® always requires at least one operator, but it can be deployed either manually or automatically, For automatic deployment, the NDS (Net Deployment System) is available, which allows for remote deployment.

No. The standard X-Net® system is fully mechanical, making it highly reliable and immune to electronic failure or cyber interference.

We provide manuals in multiple languages. Including but not limited to: English, German, Spanish, French and Arabic.

Maintanance and Safety

X-Net® is built for durability and requires minimal maintenance. We recommend periodically deploying and repacking the X-Net® (min. every 3 months) to ensure the net does net set in a creased manner. Normal training with the X-Net® can accommodate this. There are a few key points that will help extend the system’s lifespan and reliability – these are also outlined in the included manual-. Modifications or repairs should not be carried out without consulting VEARCO.

X-Net® has a long operational life-span of 4 years. A warranty extension of 4 years can be issued, provided that the X-Net® has been returned to our facility before the first 4 year warranty has expired. We will then perform a warranty check and conclude if a warranty extension is possible. This applies to storage as well as in operation.

No. X-Net® is a passive system with no pressurized or spring-loaded components. It does not ”trigger” or activate on its own. X-Net® has a proper carrying bag made out of durable Cordura® preventing that operators hurt themselves on the sharp spikes. We do not recommend to sit, stand or lay on an X-Net®. A warning label on the X-Net® bag states: ”DO NOT SIT, STAND OR LAY ON BAG SPIKES MAY CAUSE INJURY”.

In cases of special transport or usage in/by helicopter VEARCO offers additional metal protection for the bag, so personnel can sit and stand on the X-Net® bag.

Accessories

Yes. A range of accessories is available to enhance deployment and operational efficiency, including the OMDS (One Man Deployment System), NDS (Net Deployment System) and other tools suited to various tactical environments. Both NDS and OMDS are compatible with X-Net® 3T and 10T.

X-Net® comes standard in a carrying bag with a lanyard system for quick deployment across the road. The accessories OMDS (One Man Deployment System) and NDS (Net Deployment System) need to be purchased seperately. Due to these accessories being sold seperately, X-Net® 3T and 10T are not included with these accessories.

Yes, seperate parts delivered with X-Net® (bag, lanyards, pegs) can be purchased seperately if these items got lost or broken.

Upon request and depending on minimum order quantity, X-Net® or its packaging can be marked with specific ID-labels, custom colours or specific languages.

Yes, X-Net® TRN is our dedicated training version, designed for repeated use in realistic training scenario’s. It allows vehicles to drive over the net safely without damaging tires or equipment, thanks to weighted element that simulate the feel of the operational X-Net® without the use of spikes.

Logistics & Storage

Depending on vehicle size, one to two complete systems can be stored in the rear compartment or trunk of a patrol or tactical vehicle.

We do not recommend stacking more than 2 X-Nets® on eachother (2 levels). This will prevent the nets from being too compressed.

X-Net®should be preferably be stored indoors under dry, not too humid conditions. Outdoor storage is possible depending on the conditions (e.g. in a container).

Each X-Net is packed in carrying bag. The systems will be shipped on block pallets in boxes (100x120x80cm), each full pallet contains 4pcs X-Net® (4x 3T or 4x 10T or a combination)
